Conferences Under the Chestnut Trees – Lublin

The Hotel Under the Chestnut Trees has at its disposal a modern conference centre fulfilling the highest requirements. Standard facilities are is the wireless internet network (hot-spot) and multimedia equipment.

Our Guests can use:

• air-conditioned rooms with the floor area from m²
  (A - 150 m², B - 100 m² i C - 35 m²)
• equipped with professional audio system, an overhead projector, a multimedia projector, a screen, flipcharts, a TV, a DVD-player and a video recorder
• Rooms A and B became divided a mobile soundproof wall and they can be joined into one unit

Our conference equipment is made available by us free of charge:

• audio system
• flipchart + felt-tip pens
• TV + video / DVD-player

for a payment:

• an overhead projector 5 PLN/hour (free of charge when hiring a room for a whole day)
• a multimedia projector 10 PLN/hour (free of charge when hiring a room for a whole day)
